Good news from our SCA athlets
Magdalena Egger preserved her convincing form as displayed during the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) and came in third place at the FIS event in Montafon in early March. The second race saw her winning with a remarkable lead of 1.69 seconds.
Linus Walch participated in the 2019 Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk (Russian Federation) in mid-March and came in 11th place in the Giant Slalom and 14th place in the Slalom.
Also at the Austrian championships, our SCA athletes reached more than pleasing results. Nina Ortlieb accomplished the very good second place in the Downhill event and missed victory only by a mere 0.11 seconds. Magnus Walch came in third place in the Giant Slalom. And also Magdalena Egger presented herself in outstanding shape even at this late stage of the season and sensationally managed to finish fourth in the Slalom event.
Yet another success was achieved by Magnus Walch who won the Giant Slalom at the Liechtenstein Championships 0.01 second ahead of Sam Maes and 0.25 seconds ahead of Thomas Dorner.
