Rüfi 900

“Rüfi 900” is the name of an outstanding uphill challenge taking place in Lech Zürs am Arlberg. Here, the steepest ski route – the by now already legendary Langer Zug – needs to be overcome uphill. How this is done remains completely up to the individual competitor. Gear can be chosen freely, however, no motor-driven means are allowed. For this reason, the “Rüfi 900” is a very special competition for everybody. Ski tourers, mountain runners, hikers and even cross-country skiers are invited to prove themselves and climb the slope to the top station of the Rüfikopfbahn cableway.
